Before Work Begins
If you cancel an order before we have started work, you are eligible for a full refund.
After Work Has Started
Once work has begun, refunds are reviewed case by case. Any refund will reflect the work already completed, and you will be charged for time and resources already used.
Services Not Eligible for Refund
- Guest posts that have been published
- Website projects that have been delivered, approved, or handed over
- Advertising budget already spent on third-party platforms
- Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, themes, plugins, and stock assets
- Services fully delivered according to the agreed scope
Monthly Plans
You can cancel a monthly plan at any time before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future payments but does not provide a refund for the current billing period once work for that period has begun.
Statutory Rights for Consumers
If you are an individual consumer purchasing as a private person (not for business purposes), you may have a 14-day cancellation right under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you ask us to begin work within this period, you agree that you will pay for the services supplied up to the point of cancellation. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
Quality Issues
If you are unhappy with a delivered service, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, correct it, revise the work, or offer a partial refund.
How to Request a Refund
Email info@stormdigitalservices.com with your name, order or invoice details, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 3 to 5 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
